Since her restaurant business was going good, she decides to expand her business. Her business is going good since it is almost always fully booked. She decides the more ovens would help in the expansion and to that extent she decides to enter into a contract Industrial Catering Co. Ltd. that supplies and also fits (therefore services) commercial ovens. Lucy wants a second commercial oven for his restaurant.
Taking her requirement she discusses the same with the sales manager of Industrial Catering Co. Ltd. This sales manager suggests to her that a German model of an oven would suit her requirement and that this model was also reliable. Industrial Catering Co. Ltd. stocked this oven model. Lucy and the sales manager agreed upon this German model, but Lucy further wanted some minor modifications made to the oven to suit her requirement better. These minor modifications were a deviant from the standard design. In addition, the agreement also was concluded on that the oven would be supplied and fitted in the first week of July. Lucy closes the restaurant for the week that the fitting of the oven will take place. She does so as the kitchen would not be operational.
