Under real-time conditions, organizations need to enhance awareness to increase efficiencies. Instead of replacing current practices, organizations need to amend the enacted rules and norms time to time to cope with the internal challenges come before them. Assessing the leadership culture is the first and foremost activity that an organization has to follow. After this, there comes parallel assessment that includes the process of clarification and engagement in the executive members (Hirschmann, 2004).
