India is a diversified country. Geographically, it’s the seventh largest and the second most populous country of the world. One such norm is that Indians value relationships over business, hence, multinational companies need to put in extra efforts to keep the relationship intact. Caste system is one more integral thing that people are sensitive about. MNCs need to be careful and avoid any chances of hurting anybody’s religious sentiments.
