For achieving aims and objectives of the study, empirical tests will be carried out in relation to examine financing in SMEs in China. The empirical tests will be conducted testing hypotheses based on the identified dependent and independent variables. Thus, in this section of proposed methodology, hypotheses, selection of variables, data collection methods and data analysis method to be applied in this study are presented.
Hypotheses
Firstly developing and testing the hypothesis will assist the researcher to examine whether SMEs share is positively related to small and merged banks in China. Therefore:
H1: SMEs financing share is positively related to share of small and merged banks.
Secondly developing and testing the relation between the foreign banks and SMEs in China. Therefore:
H1: SMEs financing share is positively related to high share of foreign banks.
