Motivation is the key factor, which is very important for quality education and success in higher studies. The role of student and teacher should not be taken in the traditional way. The environmental factors provided to students at schools must be improved. Healthy and friendly environment for students of different race, gender and ethnicity must be given. The students must be motivated for every little achievement and for improvements in schools. Parents also play an important role in motivating and encouraging children. Teachers should interact with parents, so that they can help their children to understand the importance of education. Educational inequality is leading towards frustration, less interest in learning and creating less skilled workforce for future. The goals must be set for every child in schools despite race, class, gender and ethnicity.
