Evidence based practices an interdisciplinary approach in medical or nursing field which is based on research studies and interpretation according to some medicine or nursing norms. EBP is used by searching the relevant literature for the selected topic in nursing. EBP in nursing is very important because it provides the complete decisions based approach. (Hepler CD et al, 2003)
The effectiveness of the search by keywords is not so good than the search the literature in the literature database or digital literature store. First of all it has been list out that which search engines you are going to use and which electronic literature database you are going to use. After that a brief idea about the respective topic should be drawn in to the mind and then go to the research. The questionnaire that has be to use in the research design must meet the topic requirement and all question should be specific not in general.(Devine EB et al, 2007)
