From the research concept, it is clear that the question that has been formulated is generalized and there is no complexity involved in it. The type of respondents is only restricted and therefore, it has a sound impact on the research findings. However, the sampling and data collection methods are appropriate though not 100% accurate. The reason behind the slight miss in the accuracy is because of the constraints that we faced in performing the research in the real time. Additionally, the secondary sources greatly helped us to construct the questionnaire. Without limited knowledge, the research began. However, in due course of time, the research extended as we were able to detect the factors that contribute to the reason behind consumption of sports drinks. The strengths of the research strategies are mentioned above. The key limitation that has been identified in the research is the restriction of research strategy to quantitative method due to time constraint. An interview with sports personalities in Brookes University would have enriched the overall purpose of the research. Moreover, it would have produced more number of factors and practical scenarios. On the whole, we ensured that the ethical issues do not arise at any point of time. We initially gathered the possible ethical issues and sorted them out at every stage of the research process. As a result, the research is worth and is extendable to new areas in the future.
