代写论文之Development of Architecture
As a result of the gold rush, there was a boom of architecture in Victorian cities such as Melbourne where the architecture is still visible today. However even though the economic benefits of the gold rush were immense for the Australian economy, with prices soaring for various commodities due to immense demand, a great bust followed after the gold rush with deflation and depression plaguing the economy (Jay 1966). This carried on until the turn of the century in 1900. Due to the increase in population, transportation was also a segment that benefitted greatly. Rail links were built and the famous Cobb and Co coaches ran for almost half a century thanks to the Gold rush.
