Diplomacy has been a tool to enhance international and national relationships between trading countries, which from just pure business exchange in 2000, has expanded to exchange of cultural programs, maintaining peace, influencing each other’s policy reform decision, human rights, environment, climate change and many other intangible elements and effects that one country’s investment has on the other. It has been observed that, diplomatic negotiations quite exclusive to diplomats and government bodies in 2000, has become an open, visible, and easily accessible information to general public who are now aware of their importance in these dealings. The operations of several national and international NGO’s and activist groups conducting thorough social audit of these dealings have encouraged and made all population types aware of their stakeholder status. Technology has helped to make diplomatic dealings cost effective, transparent, and easily accessible which creates an environment of equality by considering each individuals opinion. Diplomacy will remain a rare tool to enhance relationship in all criteria’s of negotiations, provided it is being pressed with non-discriminating agendas.
