In this research paper, I will be exploring option 1, that is, a critical evaluation of the various management development tools available to organizations today.
Through the process of management development, managers not only try to improve themselves but the process improves the organization they work for as well as in essence they are a part of the organization. Thus management development is a very crucial part of organizational development.
There are a number of tools used for the process of management development. All these tools vary on the spectrum of time required, the required outlays and the level of involvement and the learning that they provide. All of them have their own advantages and disadvantages and as there many learning techniques available, there are countless management techniques that can be harnessed (Prokopenko 1998).
