Motivation is not just downwards. In the current situation, the employees are more knowledgeable, more mindful, more skilled, more informed and more target-oriented. The motivation’s role has gone beyond the managerial hierarchy. In addition to prevalent encouraging a team member, support and backing to co-worker and additionally supportive proposals on the perfect time, even to the managers, achieves a great relationship at different work levels. In addition, where staff is self motivated, only the affirmation of the same gives individuals a feeling of being essential and needed.
