The article explores the different intentions behind all these individuals to come out in open and express their dissent. Article provides the motivations which forced them to take such actions. Article also explores the conduct being followed in corporate organizations. The norms being followed may not be morally correct but the individuals follow these rules rigorously. It is very rare that the individuals who are working in corporate follow the route taken by the individuals mentioned above (Ludlow, 2013).
Some of these individuals argue that it is sometimes to break the normal norms in order to expose the evil the systems are propagating. All the individuals initially when they felt that something wrong is being done tried to talk to immediate supervisors but were snubbed and asked to the guidelines given to them. Hence these individuals took the extreme of coming out in the public and let the public decide whether what is being done is morally correct or not. The author says these types of actions are necessary to bring out evil in system and protect from undesirable future (Ludlow, 2013).
