Hence it is sometimes necessary to come out in open and expose what is being done and followed by the organization in order to stop the evil happening in the firm. Systems have the tendency to protect themselves and this tends to promote this evil. This can lead to future which will not be desirable by the society and hence such actions tend to save the society from such future. These systems are also in place in corporate where the employees follow the boss’s orders and tend to agree with him even if he personally feels that what is being is wrong. However this rarely comes out in open and it is matter of mystery for media. I think the reason that these individuals take to media to express their moral conscience it is because they want the society to judge whether the rules or guidelines being followed are morally correct or not. They feel that it cannot be determined by someone that has been hired to follow certain actions but the society needs to decide on it.
Strong Response
Author feels that these actions are necessary to expose the systemic evil and also save the society from the unwanted future. However there is a flip side to this argument. Individuals should also focus on the consequences what these actions might cause and was there an alternative route to this. Some organizations are developed to protect the society and there can be alternative ways to improve the methods being used in the organization. It is not necessary to come out in media and expose the actions as it can have undesirable consequences.
