In many of the publications, we have seen the descriptions of the managers and leaders. They tend to focus on the organizational leadership and management and try to find out the ways in which the roles of the two are different (Morgan, 1997). The main attributes which has been associated with the leaders are innovation, looking for the solution to the problem, inspiring of the trust among the stakeholders, looking for the opportunities for the development of the strengths, development of the principles etc. On the other hand, managers are associated with attributes like administration, focusing in control, structure and systems, perceiving the threats, tries to minimize the weakness present within the organization etc. Thus we see that there are roles which are common to both the leaders and the managers but there are also some responsibilities which defines a fine line in between them (Rollinson, 2002). Thus, we can say that the leaders and managers work along with each other within the organization to make is a better place to work and get the reputation in the market.
