that various challenges exist for managers in the today’s environment and most of these are factors that cannot be controlled by the managers as they arise from dynamic environment immediately and globally. This statement has been discussed and is the starting point of discussion undertaken in this essay in relation to Google Inc. Every company has managers and there is no doubt that these managers are essential organs or components of the entire organization (Carter, 2009). Without these managers, it is not possible for organizations to indulge in operations and processes of successful nature because it is the managers that help mitigate risks. It is the role of the managers to investigate strategies and implement them in the right manner (Hill et al., 2014). However, at times, there are several factors in the external and internal environment that cannot be controlled by these managers. This leads towards several issues for managers and their organizations (Cateora, 2008).
In the case of Google Inc.as well, similar factors of uncontrollable nature have been faced in the recent times due to the enhanced dynamic and turbulence in the external environment. However, the managers in the company are made so competent that they have the ability to deal with these factors and manage the risks associated with their uncontrollability (Hitt et al., 2012). It is not only the external factors from where several risks emerge for the Google managers but also the internal environment of immediate apprehension inclusive of planning, policies, management of human resources, management of finance based resources, image of the corporate, plants and machinery proper functioning, management of labour and management of relationships (Drucker, 2007). However, these factors can be controlled through Google Inc. managers and therefore pose no to less risk. the uncontrollable factors that Google Inc. managers are currently facing through strategic external environment analysis of the company using PESTLE as the framework.
