Hence, these contracts will be formally closed. The deliverables are transferred to the intended party. This phase follows implementation phase. Project manager sits with the stakeholders for a final review meeting to officially close the project and release the resources used to accomplish the project.
The entire process happens in a structured way. As this is an educational project, extra care is paid towards the deliverables and security is ensured so it reaches the concerned authority.
