It is headquartered in Qingdao and its products include air conditioners, mobile phones, ovens, refrigerators, washing machines and TV. I chose to research in this area as I am interested in which elements affect the quality in Haier and How the company monitoring their quality and which ways they used to establish their quality culture and how they influenced.
