·         Facebook or twitter pages should be updated on daily basis. We need to have special employees to look after these social networking sites. These people should always create and post some creative stuff on these sites to attract more and more fans.
·         We need to increase the engagement level of customers. Try to add high quality posts. Instead of so many posts we just need to post 2-3 creative and high quality posts. Adding content between 7 AM and 8 AM will get 20 percent more engagement from the customers.
·         Characters of our posts should be minimal. Fans do not give much time to read the entire post. They should be able to read the post in 3-4 seconds. If we use 80 characters or less there will be 66 percent more chances of them getting engaged. If they read the post and they find it interesting then they will like it and will comment on it too (Joachimsthaler, 1997).
