In many hospitals, one nurse is appointed to take care of many patients with dementia. It is very difficult for the nurse to provide equal attentions and importance to individuals. Some hospitals are trained their nurse regarding the caring process of the dementia patient. However, the training process is not sufficient to gather practical knowledge. Sometimes the training session was too short that it does not have any practical impose. Their partial knowledge with no practical competence drives the patients towards uncertainty.
Many hospitals are still unable to train their personnel in dementia knowledge and skill training program. In this program, they came to known how they react with such patients. The nurses are still not aware of the proper handling process of such patients. Improper training procedures are the main reasons behind this scenario.

In the severe cases of the disease development, the family members and medicals staffs are required to be cooperative and encouraging to boost up their strength of mind.
