它试图解决对话中的任何问题，也有助于清晰地表达参与对话的人。这种对话模式试图解决情境中所涉及的伦理问题。我发现和人们谈论这些问题是最好的。这似乎包括了在沟通过程中所涉及的所有问题。当我和来自不同国家的人交谈时，比如我们讨论某个项目时，这一点尤其有用。我们每个人都有不同的意见，我们都努力解决我们的问题，完成项目。因此，我认为对话形式的通讯是一个更有效的进程。
这种反思让我明白了沟通的重要性。只有将理论模型应用到实际环境中，才能理解其重要性。通过反思和学习模块，我知道我已经变得更善于沟通。我也能理解在与不同文化背景的人交流时，同理心的重要性。这只是一个起点。沟通是一个终生的过程，我希望通过不断地研究和观察人们的非语言暗示来实现。

Communication is an important aspect that needs to be developed properly in the business environment to avoid the issues of conflict and disputes. It also prevent any issues in misrepresentation. There are many tools that has been developed for the purpose of developing communication within the office environment and also across the spectrum. These factors have been probed in the weekly learning modules, these have been elucidated in the following.
It attempts to solve any issues in the conversation and also helps in clear expressions of the people involved in the conversation. This dialogue model tries to solve the ethical problems involved in a situation. I find it to be best when I speak with the people regarding the issues. This seems to factor in all the issues that have been associated during the process of communication. This has been esp. useful when I am talking to people from different countries like when we discussed about a certain project. Each one of us had a different opinion and we all worked to resolved our issues and complete the project. Owing to this I would consider dialogue form of communication to be a more efficient process.
This exercise of reflection has enabled me to understand the importance of communication. Importance of the theoretical models was understood only when it was applied to the practical context. From the act of reflection and from the learning module I know that I have become better at communicating. I can also understand the importance of empathy while communicating with people across cultures. This is only a starting point. Communication is a lifelong process and I hope to achieve it by continually studying and observing non-verbal cues of people.
