For employees scholarships are granted as per their needs and not concerned on the requirements of organization. This practice can be assumed as a form of employee rewards which serves the organization for a long period of time.

The employees are connected to several necessities to requirements of jobs and eliminate behaviors that can menace their security of employee’s jobs.
b) Collectivism: Hofstede (1984) declares that in collectivism countries employees expect organizations to view after them like a member of the family. They expect the organizations to protect their belief in group decisions, personal interests and promotion and hiring decisions are based on seniority, which takes the in group employees’ into account. The employees revels their emotional dependence on institutions and organizations. Hodgetts and Luthans et al (1993) predict that the compensation strategies of employees’ are influenced by family requirements and seniority. Several perspectives similar to collectivism and individualism as represented by different researchers are practices of hiring, community relationships, training, employee security and performance appraisal (Kaloki, 2001; Blunt, 1983).
