One skill I have gained is to show empathy towards my teammates. Some of them have part time job, they have no time to discuss and we often to have group discussions during lectures time and on Friday.(which we all have class on that day, so we can meet together) They are tired, so sometimes they may appear low. We all showing sympathy but to understand and appreciate our teammate’s feeling. For example, everyone in our team think one theme at home then we discuss together to select one of the best among those ideas in school. Not only for the theme, we do the same things in choose venue places, artists and extra actives. We are all sharing good practices. If one of our teamer is missed in our discussion, they will send us e-mail to show what they have done. Also, This is where I found out how time management and teams work play as important elements for success.
