Now the last two concepts which are critical for deeper learning could have a positive implication for Holden only if reflective strategies were also followed with it. For instance, consider the reflection strategy of Mintzberg. Some of the key points mentioned here are wondering, probing, analysing, synthesizing and connecting (Mintzberg, and Gosling, 2002; Mintzberg, 1973). Of these, wondering and probing could be part of the knowledge assimilation and accommodation.
