In order to ensure that there is service recovery, first before utilizing any of the standards given above, focus should have been given on service recovery approaches by the company. These approaches are inclusive of case by case approach, response of systematic nature, initial form of intervention, service with substitutes and having a policy to handle complaint. None of these approaches were followed by the authority when each of these should have been focused upon considerably (Wang et al., 2011). From the perspective of this report, it is foremost recommended that the company makes use of response of systematic nature.
