Judo has been practised by countries globally due to the physical as well as the mental benefits from it. Nao, as a trainer of Judo believes that it is an activity that does not harm people, instead develops the fitness, flexibility and balance. If the activity is performed with the proper techniques and its rules are followed, the activity would be of no harm to the participants. In the presence of various other sports activities, it is not easy for the country to promote Judo. Though, the country has many sports clubs that teach Judo, but to be a trained Judo artist, one needs to practise the techniques. Nao also stated that the lack of interest among the learners to practise is a loophole in the success of Judo in the country. Japan being the home country of Judo would always be the top performer. However, the Australian government has made full efforts to preserve the presence of Judo in the country. To enhance the performance at the international level in the Olympics game, and compete with Japan the trainers need to encourage the learners to practise more.
