The network models can be used to develop the opportunities further. Networking will help in understanding how to create values in these opportunities so as to make them better. Networking could help meet up with the right people who will help in creating value with the opportunity give the time and location. Action networks are to be identified here. These networks are connections for the purpose of sharing, mining and exploring similar specific information. The entrepreneur at the core of the network model will have his inner business circle and then an action set inclusive of experts (political experts, economic experts etc) and other interconnected concepts such as sustainability networks. These forms of interconnected network model will help analyze and assess an identified opportunity better. For instance, in the PESTEL analysis, there could be some opportunities identified because of the political setup of the country, such as a structured governance system that would be helpful for the business. However, there could be underlying issues of corruption in governance that the business owner might not be able to perceive accurately given their being new in the country. When they forge partnerships with others then they would be able to identify these issues better.
There are key networking ties or relationships of entrepreneur with other people that enables them in generating newer ideas and opportunities and work on them successfully. The five forms of tires are partner, action set, and network of experts, network of acquaintances and contacts and the inner circle. In opportunity identification, the partner is the one who offers perspective from end to end in the process of opportunity identification. From the generation of the idea or a group of ideas to the evaluation and development and the final person perspective of opportunity, the partner is seen to be an influence. The action set is valuable in the conversion of idea to an opportunity, especially when considering the deepening of the idea. It helps in the feasibility analysis. The network of experts would be helpful in understanding the risks and value for the customer. Experts having being in the business for long would be able to guide the business on what form of strategies they could use to overcome risks etc. Networks of acquaintances and partners are those close allies who would be able to offer valuable business guidance or handle money or be an investor etc. Usually this form of a support is very pivotal in the case of small entrepreneurships as the bakery presented earlier.
