The language was another issue that impeded the progress of the company. The company have a rising number of threats from the existing organization and the threat of new entrants into the markets. The existing competition are from Care Australia, Child Fund Australia, Habitat for Australia etc. In the internal microscopic analysis, it was deemed that the company should focus on the intangibles and the intrinsic factors to sustain in the dynamic environments.

From analysis of the literature, it has been stated that the most important issues that the company faces are the organizational culture. The primary objective of the company is an altruistic philosophy that protect Infants and preventing unwanted accidents. There is a certain level of national awareness and individual brand ownership that leads to the company to develop a number of positive brand image. However, the key strategic issues can be addressed from having a better organizational culture. The issues of organizational culture can be addressed when there is a shared ownership. There should be a commitment by all the employees to work towards a common goal. There can be more efficient communication between the members of the company to prevent such issues from arising.
