Its economy is growing, social cultural framework are favourably evolving towards pets and their health care and maintenance. People are taking extra efforts to take care of their pets and this has made readymade pet food and pet grooming services very popular in India but is mostly confined to bigger cities. Primarily, dogs, cats and birds are kept as pets in India. The pet care industry is under tapped and there is a lot of scope of growth and market capitalisation.
