Self-evaluation is a very desirable thing to understand myself which will be very beneficial for self-growth. Although it is quite difficult to do a self-evaluation, it is a very effective method to understand the strengths and weaknesses of one. This also helps to understand the problems that I have and the ways to deal with it. This helps me to understand my personal strengths and weaknesses as a leader. In this paper I will be discussing my outlook towards life and my traits. I will also focus on how I react to different situations in life which will describe me in a better way. I also took a test named the human metric Jung typology test. In this test the human traits are judged on 4 parameters. These 4 parameters are Extraversion, Intuition, Feeling and Judging. After I evaluated myself on the questions based on these 4 parameters I came to know that I was 56% Extravert, 38% Intuitive, 50% Feeling and 33% judging. The test result indicates that I am a bit more extravert. It also shows that I believe more in Intuition rather than experiencing it myself. Further it shows that I prefer to feel things instead of just thinking over it and finally it concludes that I am a bit more judgmental.
