Findings and Impacts of Cadbury’s ‘thanks a million’ campaign
“Thanks a million” Facebook Campaign of Cadbury was a big hit. I will discuss all the findings from this case study and what were the impacts of this Campaign:
· Cadbury was able to build very strong relationship with its fans. Cadbury got highly active and engaged audience on its Facebook page. It also got very high rate of daily fan interactions.
· The “thumbs up” symbol was created by the daily milk chocolates given by the fans and it was so huge. So, we can imagine the engagement level of participation from the fans.
· The major result or finding from this case study was that number of Cadbury’s Facebook fans got increased by around 40,000 and more than 350,000 people participated in building the symbol and even there we some fans who continuously watched this video for two days.
