Furthermore, the managers need to be given more control is their respective subsidiary of operations. This would allow the managers to be properly acquainted with the tough environment they are operating in (Bartlett and Myers, 2017). The product strategy proposal needs to be taken into consideration because the e-bikes segment will not deliver profits to the company due to the growth in nascent stages.
Outcomes: The final outcome for the company in Australia at first needs to be increase in budget for marketing and advertising. The company needs to create a thorough advertising plan in which communication with the stakeholders should be highlighted (Bartlett and Myers, 2017).
