Considering Max Weber management theories, there are points which would not be accepted by the contemporary organization as their way of handling the employees is entirely different. The organizations are employee friendly and believe in treating them fairly and with due respect. The expectations of the employees from the employer and vice versa have changed over the years and so has the scheme of things . In order to keep the organization moving, the companies resort to new methods of management which are effective and employee friendly.
Weber’s theory put a lot of stress on following the rules and the processes to complete the tasks. However in the current times when time is limited, the organizations have come up with ways and means to cut the processes and make the process more efficient and less time taking. The expectations of the customers from the companies have increased manifolds and hence optimization is the need of the hour. The companies cannot wait forever to get approvals or to follow a lengthy process which might eventually result in losing the customers.
