Language is one’s personal identity and it is difficult to be separated from an individual. If there is an undesirable attitude towards changing one’s language, it is often due to the individual’s non-attempt at learning the new language. This is one way of looking where only the non-emotional and practical solution is observed. However, some individuals consider their language as their sole reliance and worship their respective language regularly. For such individuals, it is rather a personal decision to resist change than a practical one. For them, it is not really necessary to opt for changing their language, because they do not deal with people with a different dominant language. Hence, reason for the resistance towards change in language could be either because of a personal and emotional reason, or due to a requirement which needs to be crossed over to progress. Language is primarily meant for interaction between individuals through which each one conveys their internal thoughts, and it means more socially than any other thing. Because there have arose multiple languages throughout the world, it is more common nowadays to try and understand each other’s language and the meaning behind the word or sentences used.
