Leaders are the one who lead from the front and try to motivate the people so as to generate the sense of organizational loyalty within those employees. The leaders generally take care of the employees who are working under them and tend to make sure whether all the employees are satisfied from their work or not. They need to think of the topics which are directly related to the satisfaction level of the employees.On the other hand, managers are the people who are responsible for the best possible organization and the allocation of the resources. They need to make sure that the resources which are available within the organization are organized in an appropriate manner.
