The relationship between the suppliers has been extremely strong for Next. They have been giving most of the contracts to the same suppliers for a number of years which has enabled them to build strong relationships with them.
The product delivery is divided into two segments which include the delivery to the customers buying from retail outlets and the other customers are who buy online. Next is known for its timely deliveries to the customers hence they have an edge over the other competitors.
Marketing and Sales:
Next are pursuing aggressive marketing strategies by engaging heavily in advertising and sales promotion through which they communicate their core competency “target audience by engaging all TV channels (regional channels are also included) for advertising and sales promotion. The print media like newspapers, magazines and periodicals are also given their due share.
This whole process is carried in machines in order to assure quality. These quality control procedures are effective. The plant, machinery and offices, all are in good condition and according to the standards.
