Employee turnover is known as the process of employees leaving an organization, which can be voluntarily or involuntarily. Employee turnover can have both positive and negative sides. If turnover ratio or percentage is at par with the industry average then the situation should not be a cause of any concern. Often it is mistaken that very low employee turnover is a good sign for company, which may not be true in all contexts. If none of the employees are voluntarily leaving, then they are not entirely positive about their career growth and their performance might be poor. On the other hand, if employer has a perception that he must stop all his employees from leaving the organization then he is making mistake. The whole dynamics is about retaining right and talented employees in the organization for mutual benefit.
